After being left without heating and hot water by Warmsure, who are contracting for Scottish Power, for nearly 4 weeks I started contacting independent contractors. After speaking to numerous parties, who kept quoting me over the phone and had no interest in actually surveying the job, I called KDH Heating and spoke with Ken.

He came out the same day, gave me a fixed realistic quote, which he assured would be the cost and there were no hidden extras. Four days later he arrived with his son to install a new boiler for me. Their work was faultless and both worked extremely well and hard to ensure I had hot water and heating that day.
